CROSS COUNTRY: CV'S DOYLE FINISHES 31ST AT STATE MEET (2023-11-11)

Chenango Valley's Michael Doyle had the highest finish among Broome County East runners in the New York State Public High School Athletic Association Cross-County Championships on Saturday at Vernon-Verona-Sherrill.

Doyle finished the 3.1-mile course in 17 minutes, 25.5 seconds to place 31st.

Chenango Forks' Connor Little placed 86th in 18:34.0 and teammate Conway Mallory was 122nd in 19:44.0.

On the girls side, Forks' Grace Harkness finished 98th in 23:11.1.
